Ackley III of Crandon, charged with operating while under the influence (3rd) was found guilty due to no contest and was fined $1,209, sentenced to local jail and alcohol assessment and had his license revoked. On the charge of OAR (1st – Rev. due to OWI/PAC), Ackley was found guilty due to no contest and fined $350. The charge of operating with a PAC of .08 or more (3rd) was dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
