(Cavour News) - Visitors in my backyard! It was nice to see all the turkeys in my backyard all weekend. I know they have been around the area recently but I still enjoy watching them grow.

After the hot weather last week, it sure seems like it changed real fast to fall. It gets pretty cool in the mornings and evenings now.

I spent a few hours making applesauce on Sunday as the apples are growing pretty good.

Visiting with the Ronald Brooks family over the weekend were Jeff and Shelley Stauber from Green Bay. Lori and dog Sadie also came over on Sunday to visit.

Mike Schmitz and family were up for the weekend.

The Waldvogel family spent a few days at their cabin.

Ronald Brooks attended the logging convention in Green Bay for a few days.

Harold Prust came up to visit his son Mike for a few days. He stopped in to bring Mutz some goodies.

Mike Schmitz, Jim Knitt, Dave Belland and Mary Murray also stopped in to see Mutz.

I surprised Mutz Friday with a new dish I made called lasagna soup.

Leroy Barth and Rodney L. from Fond du Lac visited Mutz on Thursday.

Mutz and Mary went to Rhinelander on Wednesday to see Mary's son, Stacy.

Mary Immel visited at the Art Mihalko home over the weekend.

Barb Cleereman has become a new homeowner in town recently. Welcome Barb!
