Where eagles dare
Nathan Nuszkiewicz of Potlicker Custom Chainsaw Sculptures works on a sculpture outside Koinonia Treatment Facility in Rhinelander on Wednesday afternoon. The sculpture replaces a totem pole that previously stood on the sight.

Junior bowlers honored
The Saturday Morning Juniors recently concluded its 24-week league with a fun day and banquet. Hodag Lanes treated the bowlers to pizza, soda, cake, rock and bowl and honored all the players for their many achievements. Some of the award winners include, front row, (l-r): Jessica Lucas, Girls High Average of 81; Bailey Nebgen with Hailey Dickinson, first place team; Dickinson, Girls Most Improved Average, +15 pins; back row: Hunter Piasecki, Boys High Average of 118; Matthew Lucas, Boys Most Improved Average, +17.35 pins.
