John T. Malone of Wabeno, charged with criminal damage to property, was found guilty due to no contest and was fined $1214 and restitution. He was fined an additional $500 after being found guilty due to no contest on the charges of bail jumping. Charges of disorderly conduct and a second bail jumping charge were dismissed on the prosecutor's motion.

John T. Malone of Wabeno, charged with possession of THC, was found guilty due to no contest and had license revoked and was fined $500. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, six counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and operating with a PAC of .10 or more (1st) were dismissed on prosecutor's motion. Malone also was fined $1000 each on two counts of bail jumping after being found guilty due to no contest. He was additionally found guilty due to no contest on charges of battery, amended from child abuse-intentionally cause harm, and was fined $98, sent to local jail and put on probation. After being found guilty due to no contest on the charge of criminal gang member solicitation, amended from intent to solicit child for criminal gang activity, Malone was fined $500. He was additionally fined $700 and sentenced to local jail after being found guilty due to no contest on the charge of operating without a valid license (3rd within 3 years), and was fined another $793, had license suspended and sentenced to alcohol assessment after being found guilty due to no contest on the charge of operating while under influence (1st).

William F. Protz of Lake Forest, Ill., charged with display of power, was found guilty due to no contest and fined $138.38.

Keith G. Radliff of Laona, charged with dog running at large, was found guilty due to no contest and fined $25. He was fined an additional $25 on a second count of dog running at large and another $50 after being found guilty due to no contest on two counts of violation of regulation and licensing.

Mark V. Raynard of Glenview, Ill., charged with speeding in a 55 mph zone (16 to 19 mph), was found guilty at court trial and fined $186.
