Joanna was born and raised in Wabeno and graduated from Wabeno High School. She became a homemaker and raised eight children. She was also an active member of the Christian Mothers of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and the “Red Owl” bowling team. Joanna and her husband, Joe, would find themselves in Arizona for the winter where they would set up a “flea market.” She now enjoys puzzles, reading and spending time with family. Her family states that there was always fun or excitement at Joanna's home which was a place they enjoyed being.

Congratulations, Joanna, on being chosen Resident of the Month. Nu-Roc certainly enjoys your smile and good natured disposition.
