Northwoods Inventors and Entrepreneurs Club to tour Headwaters

The Northwoods Inventors' and Entrepreneurs' Club will tour Headwaters Inc. in Rhinelander October 24 at 6:30 p.m. for their Oct. meeting. Headwaters is located at 1441 East Timber Drive. Mary Hardtke, Executive Director, will speak on targeted partnerships that are available through Headwaters Inc.

Headwaters Inc. operates a packaging and assembly plant and serves approximately 150 people with disabilities each year. In addition, Headwaters Inc. operates a successful, confidential shredding and bulk mail business with state of the art computer mailing programs. Their practices and standards are reviewed and accredited every three years.

Participants will learn how a targeted partnership with this organization can help with advertising needs or product distribution.

Upcoming programs are as follows: Nov.: UWEX Specialists; Dec.: Holiday Break; Jan.: Small Business Development Center Director; Feb.: The I & E Fair (with prizes).
