Urbanski names national sales manager of M&I Brokerage Services

Dean Urbanski has been promoted to national sales manager of M&I Brokerage Services Inc., announced M&I Wealth Management. In his new role, Urbanski will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales process of the firm including staffing and recruiting, productivity enhancement and general management of sales practices. He will report to Jim Duca, President of M&I Brokerage Services Inc.

Urbanski joined M&I Brokerage Services in 2003 and has 20 years of securities sales and management experience. Most recently, he has served as regional sales manager for M&I's Financial Advisors group in the Northeast Wisconsin Region. In this role, he has successfully led the region's brokerage sales activities as well as contributed more broadly as part of the management team for M&I Brokerage Services.
