Kock earns CFP certification
Matthew A. Kock, a financial advisor in Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management Group (GWMG) office in Minocqua, has been awarded the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification.
Kock has worked at Morgan Stanley since 2003. In addition to providing financial planning services, he provides a variety of other advisory and non-advisory financial services, including brokerage services, to interested clients.
Business workshop April 3
A “Starting and Surviving in Business” workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Oneida County UW-Extension Meeting Room, located in the lower level of the Rhinelander/Oneida County Airport Terminal.
The workshop is presented and taught by members of SCORE, a no-cost business counseling and mentoring service, and is co-sponsored by the Oneida County Economic Development Corporation.
The workshop offers information on basic start-up issues including business planning, marketing and finance.
There is no charge for the workshop, but advance registration is required by March 27. Contact the Oneida County Economic Development Office at 715-369-9110.
