Perlberg joins Wilderness Realty
Josh Perlberg, a Rhinelander native and a college graduate of Beloit College, has joined the staff at Wilderness Realty Inc. as of September 1. An experienced Realtor, Perlberg brings an energetic and positive attitude to the firm, which was recently sold. He has years of customer and sales experience and is looking forward to his new career with Wilderness Realty Inc. by serving buyers and sellers.
Wilderness Realty Inc. is located ten minutes north of Rhinelander, right on Hwy. 17 North, in the town of Sugar Camp.

Perlberg will be donating a portion of his commissions toward the YMCA of the Northwoods.
Nikki Godin joins Coldwell Banker Mulleady Realty
Nikki Godin has joined Coldwell Banker Mulleady Realtors and The Yoder Group as a licensed real estate salesperson. Originally from the Clintonville area, Godin has lived and worked in the Rhinelander area for the past 11 years - nine of those years have been in real estate. Godin's past experience in real estate have been as an office manager, a personal assistant and nearly three years as a real estate salesperson. She is a member of the Ambassador's Club of Rhinelander. Godin has been instrumental in helping many people buy and sell property in the Northwoods and makes her priority in meeting and exceeding her clients' needs and expectations. Godin will be part of the Yoder Group at Coldwell Banker Mulleady which includes Greg Yoder, Barb Sass Yoder and Carol Seidel.

Kowieski joins One Prospect
Bradley J. Kowieski has recently joined One Prospect Technologies, LLC as Special Operations Liaison. One Prospect has been in business for nearly six years and has experienced rapid growth through the development of technical solutions for small to medium sized businesses. One Prospect is pleased to welcome Brad aboard and looks forward to strategic and effective growth in the future.

Kowieski is a graduate of Rhinelander High School. He also graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire earning an Accounting degree. Kowieski has worked in public accounting with RSM McGladrey. Since 2000 he worked with The Heck Group at Smith Barney where he focused on financial consulting with a role of meeting marketing and technical needs of the Group. He serves as president of the Rhinelander Country Club. Kowieski and his wife Elizabeth are expecting their first child later this year.

Billionaire George Soros, a naturalized American citizen born in Hungary, takes a lively interest in the politics of his adopted country. Soros, who made his first big killing in the field of international finance by betting against the British pound, spent $24 million of his own hard-earned money trying to defeat George W. Bush and elect John Kerry in the presidential election of 2004.
